Steven McRae, NP

Steve McRae, APRN, AGACNP, provides compassionate care for adult neurosurgery patients ages 16 and up. He advocates for patient and family needs as a certified adult gerontological acute care nurse practitioner (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses).

A lifelong resident in Caddo Parish, McRae is pleased to serve his community on neurosurgery teams at Willis Knighton Health. Past work as a respiratory therapist and a registered nurse in the acute care academic setting for many years led to his passion for advanced care.  

Married with four children, McRae enjoys time outdoors with his family.
